Q. How do you help clients create new digital opportunities?

Helping clients create new digital opportunities means we cannot think the traditional way. We have to be extremely creative and think outside the box to uncover new ideas and revenue streams for them. Q. How do you keep up with the trends in the industry?

I’m a geek, and so are our teams. We are constantly trying out new technologies and platforms or building our own. I want to be on the bleeding edge of what’s fresh and current, and thankfully, I love consuming information so keeping up with trends in the industry is not something that’s perceived as work to me. Whether it be reading new articles or trying new software programs, I’m always down to give it a shot and see what I can bring to my business.

Q. In what way do you help companies build their brands?

Our style involves steering away from the norm of templates and packages, which other companies overuse and rely too much on. Each customer is unique, and we know that they need something better and distinct from anyone else in their industry.

That said, our goal is to provide a 100% custom solution for every client, and we do this by being fully transparent, truly understanding their needs, which allows us to hyper-target the ideal demographic, create excellent content, utilize cutting-edge technology, and plan the perfect execution.

Q. What are your specialty technology services?

I’m extremely pleased that we have a software development arm at Mauka Digital. This allows us to develop our own software solutions, services, platforms, etc. This puts us on a different playing field ahead of our competition.

Our technology services span over a wide range, giving us the technical know-how to handle everything a customer brings to us. We recently developed an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead Generating Platform that enables our customers and us to engage current and new clients on a whole other level. This is an extremely exciting service, and I’m confident that it will reinvent the industry. Some of our other specialties include Mobile App Development, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Enterprise Solution Architecture.

Q. How has your two decades of experience in the digital services and technology solutions helped in the firm’s growth?

In my 20+ years of experience, I have built agencies for other companies and a few of my own. The amount of knowledge that I gained over the years has taught me how to find a shortcut for a lot of problems, which has been useful in Mauka Digital’s growth.
