Hamza Batterjee, CEO of Megamind IT Solutions, spoke exclusively to CIO Bulletin about how his company is revolutionizing the IT and healthcare landscape and elevating businesses to new heights of success.
The Inception of Megamind IT Solutions
Megamind was established in 2018 as a dedicated digital IT solution provider with a small team managing an in-house built HIS system. In the subsequent years, Megamind ventured into software development, IT infrastructure, and enterprise software projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The next phase of growth was triggered in 2021 with a major tender for outsourcing the IT of Saudi German Hospitals in Saudi Arabia. This tender led to the first LTC (long-term contract) for Megamind, adding to its IT project capability to manage multiple hospitals with a whole IT outsourcing approach. Megamind has since been winning hospital contracts in Egypt, hospital projects in the UAE, and winning bids with medical universities. Megamind has completed hundreds of IT projects and delivers IT services to multiple hospitals, with over 6000 beds in total.
