The Visionary Leader Upfront

Brad Mitchell is the President and CEO of NeoSystems LLC. He brings a unique perspective that is not commonly found in the industry. He has extensive experience with government contractors, and has detailed information technology and systems expertise. Prior to joining NeoSystems, Brad held multiple mid to executive level positions for government contracting entities including Software Engineer, Program Manager, and Vice President of Finance. This diverse background and intimate familiarity with the day to day operations of government contractors allows him to address client issues quickly and understand the bigger picture in his current role at Neosystems.

Brad formerly led the NeoSystems Professional Services organization in the successful delivery of services including system design and implementation, upgrades, integration, optimization, Change Management and the resell and delivery of ERP software solutions including Deltek. Previous to joining NeoSystems, Brad was Principal Consultant and Owner of ZooM Consulting. He has also held senior roles at Qinetiq North America and ITS Corporation. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from University of California, San Diego and an MBA from California Lutheran University.
