Lance VandenBrook is President and Chief Executive Officer of Onward Robotics. Lance has more than 30 years of experience scaling high-growth robotics and technology companies into highly profitable organizations. In 2010, his passion for automation led him to serve as global head of sales for Kiva Systems, where he increased revenues by 4X in 18 months–resulting in the company’s $775 million acquisition by Amazon.

Prior to joining IAM Robotics, Lance was the chief commercial officer for Takkion Holdings, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management. He previously served as CEO at leading drone company Aria Insights and held executive leadership positions at oil and gas companies like Invensys and Pilot Thomas Logistics.

Lance is a board member of Diligent Robotics, Iceye US, and T&E Flow Services. He holds a bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
