Executive Leadership Assessment: This Executive Leadership Assessment is based on CORE™ Leadership, a self-assessment and an in-depth interview to explore the candidate’s motives, preferences, behaviors, thinking, needs and talents in their professional life. It looks at the critical traits for potential, along with motivators or drivers for performance and potential based on leadership research. It also, looks at a sub-set of energy management or human performance which is an indicator of performance which is a precursor for potential.

The assessment report includes an executive summary with clear recommendation, scores on potential, versatility, learning agility and emotional intelligence, as well as key derailer risks. It also reports out the 11 powers and 14 critical competencies for Senior Leaders, based on the CORE™ Leadership assessment. The clients are using this Executive Leadership Assessment as part of a recruitment and selection process, to add an objective perspective on final or short-listed candidates. It can be customized to the needs of an organization, the position and the team, as well as the leadership culture.

CORE Leadership: CORE Leadership is a human-centric, holistic assessment which uses a backbone of research, data, and insights from 5 dimensions integrated into one comprehensive view. It gives the clients the full picture of senior leadership potential, with deep insight in their “why” and visibility into an individual’s “what,” plus working with a coach for “how” they can transform. Progressive, successful organizations know the value of identifying potential leaders early on, with goals to discover emerging leaders who have the skills and talents to inspire confidence for greater business results. CORE™ Leadership assessment looks at 72 scales across 5 dimensions to reveal transformational insights for developing admired, inspiring, and successful leaders. The CORE™ Leadership Power Model integrates four dimensions (Traits, Competencies, Human Performance and Drivers). Surrounding Inner Power are two rings of power groupings. The inner ring is self-reliant while the outer ring is other-reliant.
