His background as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company provided him with a unique perspective on business operations and strategy, which he applied to create the PlaneSense^® program. Under his leadership, PlaneSense^® has grown into a prominent player in the fractional aircraft ownership market.

Mr. Antoniadis’s vision for PlaneSense^® was to offer a private flying solution that was both high-quality and accessible. His commitment to excellence is evident in the company’s impressive fleet, high safety standards, and exceptional customer service. In addition to his role at PlaneSense^®, Mr. Antoniadis serves on the Board of Governors of the Air Charter Safety Foundation, advises the Aero Club of New England, and is a Trustee of Athens College in Greece.
