Pragmatic Works: Take Your Business From Good To Great

Finding skilled people in the IT business is becoming harder by the day, there is a rise in the job opportunities market but the number of skilled people who can be employed for these jobs is decreasing rapidly. Pragmatic Works started its operations to provide opportunities to people who are not able to financially support themselves and they still give out to the community in various ways.

The company also provides software consulting and began its operations by bridging the gap for users who have trouble upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft's database platform from its previous version. Pragmatic Works saw an opportunity in there and decided to fulfill its demands by creating a software that aided users in the up-gradation process.

Further, when there was interaction with the client base, the founder also got to know that many of these users have trouble understanding the latest software and the company started its on-demand training courses.

Birth of Pragmatic Works

The company began its operations organically with zero capital investment from other investors except for the capital the CEO raised on his own by selling his former company. The learning's that the CEO had from his former company helped him build the software suite tailor-made for his new company's clients as he understood the various patterns and by putting in his hard work he was able to bring out the perfect suite.

During the early stages, the company provided consulting services to build enough capital and the CEO succeeded in doing this job so well that as he would reinvest the money he earned through consulting into the company so that he could develop the software suite in-house.

Soon after developing the tool, the company never had to look back because a majority of the consulting work was done by the software, and this gave the company a huge competitive advantage over the tech giants by underbidding against them which gave the company a truck-load of customers.

It was during this consultation time, the company found out about the barriers that customers were facing with Microsoft; customers were looking for a way to upgrade from their old SQL server to the new one and had trouble with. That’s when Pragmatic Works took over the problem which opened big doors for them.
