Praxent: Create Frictionless Digital Customer Experiences

Praxent: Create Frictionless Digital Customer Experiences

Innovation does not always come from within a company. For example, if you run an energy company but are looking for some software innovation, you are obviously out of depth. In such a scenario, it is crucial that businesses look outwards for expertise. Whether your business is focused on exploration and generation, transmission and storage, or energy distribution, technology plays an increasing role. Praxent can help you find your next innovation.

The visionary leader Tim Hamilton established Praxent in 2000. Today, Praxent is an award-winning team of expert digital strategists, human-centered designers, and software developers who are highly motivated by a challenge. Their passion is to look holistically, see clearly, and act continuously to create value with their clients.

Praxent has worked with the world’s largest companies, including Cisco, Dimensional, Keller Williams, and Texas Mutual, to deliver a whole gamut of services. These services cater to industries' demands, including Insurance, Lending, Wealth Management, Real Estate, and more. Even after 20 years of continuous innovation, Praxent remains a customer favorite. “Stakeholders anticipate the visual appeal of the new designs to be above and beyond the current product. Praxent has maintained a concise, clear communication style throughout the engagement. Their expertise allows them to provide useful insight, and their detail-orientation stands out,” says Carol Altman, SVP Strategy

Businesses that want to harness the power of technology to drive their competitive advantage come to Praxent for world-class solutions. From data collection to visualization, analysis, and more, they have solved challenges for energy and logistics companies, food and CPG brands, and healthcare businesses. “The body of work they produced under our circumstances was no joke; they did a fantastic job. Although we had so many stakeholders with varying cultures and priorities, Praxent’s team was helpful in mediating between our partners,” says Ben Gammon, VP of Product, Bungalo.

Investing In Relationships

At Praxent, the culture centers on the clients and employees. Praxent’s culture is built around empowering the clients to unlock hidden potential with technology. It has helped more than 300 businesses grow by harnessing the power of digital innovation. The company cultivates low-ego, high-integrity partnerships. It strives to give its clients the benefit of their expertise while always valuing the client’s expertise. They love their work, but it’s not about the company— it’s about the people they empower.

According to research by the Standish Group, small projects are almost 4x more successful. Having delivered 300+ digital innovation projects successfully, Praxent has experienced first-hand that starting small is the best way to build momentum and drive maximum value. The company always begins small and scales according to the requirement.

Praxent places an equal emphasis on the talent it acquires as much as it focuses on the clients. The ideal Praxenter is hungry, humble, smart, and driven to serve. They take their employees seriously. Each employee who is hired goes through a five-stage interview process, known internally as ‘the gauntlet,’ before being welcomed into the company. The company also believes in the culture of deep collaboration. It uses pair programming to ensure work is done right the first time, and eventually, to empower client-side team members.

Quick Fact
