Today, there is an incredible number of opportunities that are available in which AI can shine and bring about a positive change. This can be from a simple prediction, to a chatbot, to automating workflows, finding better medicine, helping diagnose and detect disease, helping to fight climate change. The list goes on. AI and ML solutions will not only change and disrupt entire industries, they will radically alter the way we do business and interact with our world.
Quintix AI was born out of a clear need in the market for AI/ML-powered platforms and solutions. Quintix AI helps businesses reap benefits of automation, enhance customer experience, and augment decision making by leveraging the power of AI. “After developing AI/ML algorithms and solutions for a variety of clients starting in 2014, we decided to work towards bringing to the market the benefits of this technology that the big players in tech enjoy every minute of every day,” recalls Alex Labarces, President and CEO of Quintix AI.
It’s no longer a question of when or if, AI has become a necessity for businesses. Today, companies that fail to invest in the development and successful implementation of an AI/ML roadmap over the next 2-5 years, will find themselves in a severe disadvantage vis-a-vis their competitors. They may no longer be able to compete in a meaningful way with competitors that did adopt and integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions into their workflows and systems.
Quintix AI works with companies of various sizes to guide and help them not only create their technological roadmap but also implement it successfully across their organization. “In order to provide our clients with the best solutions on the market, we’ve established key partnerships with leaders in the industry such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and NVIDIA. This allows us to not only always be working with practical and cutting edge technologies, but also create cost-effective solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure,” says Alex.
The company focuses on four key areas of AI/ML: computer vision, natural language understanding, IoT (Internet of Things) solutions, and security. Combining these different fields of artificial intelligence along with cloud computing technologies allows Quintix to create comprehensive solutions for its customers that deliver real solutions with real ROI. “Our approach is simple: we start with the business objectives and look at the current pain points that are preventing our clients from achieving them. This can vary, of course, from company to company, industry to industry, but overall, most companies are simply looking for opportunities to integrate AI and benefit from the technology,” states Alex.
Helping Businesses Navigate the AI
The AI/ML landscape can be daunting for any company to embark on when first considering it. It is a field that has many disciplines, approaches, technologies, and requires a qualified team of professionals with highly specialized knowledge to demystify it and carve a clear path through it. Most professional services companies out there today are so focused on creating an AI solution that they don’t stop to ask if AI is the right tool to accomplish a company’s objectives. “This is where Quintix AI is different. We offer our clients the best possible solution for their continued success. At times, that has meant that an AI-powered solution is implemented during a phase 2 or 3 or a given project, but that’s how you ensure that the technology is successful,” says Abdel Affo, CAIO of Quintix AI.
But often enterprises do not understand that AI/ML models are not static. These models need to evolve and they must continue evolving as the business grows and requires changes.
AI/ML does require updates, adjustments, and improvements too as their knowledge grows with learning. As the AI/ML models improve, the business will improve as well and that will demand different results or outcomes from the models. This may mean improvements and upkeep to the existing systems, or it may require additional models or tools working in harmony to accomplish the new objectives. “We help our clients continually improve and deploy their models so that they can continue to grow their business and optimize different aspects of their operations. These adjustments are always driven by measurable performance metrics and results,” states Alex Labarces.
The world’s greatest and most valuable companies today are leveraging AI/ML to gain a competitive advantage in every industry. As AI/ML solutions continue to become more available and affordable, smaller companies are taking advantage of these opportunities to adopt AI/ML technologies into their workflows, services, and products. Quintix AI’s team is helping businesses overcome the challenges of using Artificial Intelligence to enhance and power their growth.
“The company helps businesses reap benefits of automation, enhance customer experience, and augment decision making by leveraging the power of AI.”
