To ensure quality, consistent results, and timely deliverables, we assign a Client Success Manager (CSM) to each client for the duration of the partnership.

Mistakes are minimal, as SEBPO’s accuracy rate is 99.92%. SEBPO always notifies our clients of errors and our plans to resolve/address the issue. 

SEBPO is also transparent in billing; our structure is simple, with no hidden fees. As industry experts, we understand the need for overtime and extra effort beyond standard business hours on urgent projects.  As a result, any overtime is billed at the standard hourly rate, and we do not inflate pricing for rush requests.

Q. How do you deal with multiple projects successfully?

Highly trained teams and effective planning allow SEBPO to manage multiple projects successfully. Another unique way we handle multiple projects simultaneously is by providing dedicated teams to each of our clients. This ensures zero overlaps between projects or clients. We handle concurrent projects by ensuring our teams are adequately staffed to manage multiple tasks and large work volumes, factoring in holidays and sick leave.

To provide the most effective solution, SEBPO Teams have a minimum team requirement of three members. We’ve found that smaller team sizes do not provide adequate support for multiple priority projects concurrently or the option for time off. When clients are busier during peak season or have a heavier volume or larger projects, SEBPO factors in Bench resources that are dedicated to each team; these resources are fully trained from the outset of the partnership and can step in to accommodate as necessary and then ramp back down after the busy season.
