Meet the Initiator of Alert Logic

Gray Hall joined Alert Logic as CEO in 2009. Gray has led Alert Logic’s growth from less than $10 million to more than $100 million in annual revenue while building a new executive leadership team, shifting the company’s growth strategy to focus on cloud service providers, acquiring strategic technology vendors, and re-capitalizing the company in a buyout transaction with Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe. Gray’s career in the IT industry has spanned more than 25 years including 8 years as co-founder and CEO of VeriCenter, a managed hosting provider he launched in 1999 and grew to $80 million in annual revenue until its sale to SunGard Data Systems in 2007. After VeriCenter, Gray served as Executive-in-Residence at Fidelity Equity Partners, a $500 million middle-market buyout fund backed by Fidelity Investments.
