Aurea Software—the future of business software

Do you know how an average laptop and a simple smartphone can benefit your business? Nearly 70% of mobile phone time is spent on apps, meaning that well-integrated software can take your company to the next level.

At present, we all are surrounded by software. The number of people using computers in 2008 throughout the world crossed 1 billion. In 2019, there were 5.11 billion mobile users alone in the world. We know that all of these devices are functioning by an operating system that is a piece of software with lots of integrated functions. This is the function of the software.

Customers satisfaction beyond compromise—Aurea’s business model

“At Aurea, we often say that we are the Netflix of business software,” says CEO Scott Brighton. This metaphor applies to their entire business model. At Aurea, customers can access every product in their software portfolio – and their ambition. They don’t just sell software. They drive innovation by implementing targeted visions that benefit customers’ businesses today and build the foundation for their success in the future.

At Aurea, they are not afraid to go all in. They recognize that the future of work lives on the public cloud and invest accordingly. For Aurea’s customers, that means more and faster digital transformation. It delivers an unparalleled breadth and uncompromised security. It translates to economies of scale that they pass on to customers as lasting, tangible value.

Reimagining enterprise software—Aurea Unlimited

What if enterprise software functioned like Netflix—instead of one-off purchases, all of your products were available in an ever-expanding library, right at your fingertips?

With Aurea, it does. The firm’s Unlimited approach to enterprise software is designed to simplify and advance your technology use. One subscription unlocks every Aurea product, so customers can innovate and expand with more value, less risk, and unparalleled performance.

Aurea’s Unlimited subscription gives customers access to every product in its library—but that’s not all. The Unlimited subscription also includes essential onboarding for every product at no additional cost so customers can get up and running rapidly and effectively.

Aurea built their onboarding process around best practices that have helped customers successfully adopt its solutions. After they select a product from the Unlimited library, Aurea helps customers onboard that product in four phases.

Pre-Kickoff

Before the project officially begins, Aurea ensures that the project team is staffed on both sides, they have the necessary information to deploy the solution, and all team members are included in an AureaWorks space for sharing deliverables.

Phase 1: Kickoff

During this phase, Aurea’s PMO schedules a kickoff meeting with the customer’s project team to review the project methodology, expectations, and schedule.

Phase 2: Deployment

In Phase 2, Aurea deploys the customer’s new solution and applies standard configurations, including pre-configured best-practice use cases that have been proven with its customers to help customers get started faster

Phase 3: Training

During this phase, customers will learn to manage the system, train their end users, and implement additional best practices to support product launch and adoption.

Phase 4: Pilot

In the Pilot phase, Aurea hosts weekly “Ask a Consultant” workshops to answer questions and helps customers plan and execute the launch of their new system.

The timing of the four phases of Aurea deployment depends on the product and the complexity of the deployment but typically lasts at least 12 weeks. Aurea’s team usually decides the final dates and durations during the project kickoff meeting.

Every product in the Aurea Unlimited library comes with essential onboarding services at no extra cost. Aurea’s professional services team provides customers with the guidance and support needed to get their new product up and running successfully. Additional professional services engagements may be required for more advanced integrations and complicated deployments of product bundles.

Aurea’s recommendations are based on hundreds of successful deployments, first focusing on getting the customer’s new solution operational in their ecosystem. Once they are up and running successfully and their team(s) are trained, customers may decide they want to further integrate their solution with other systems. At that time, Aurea’s services team is happy to consult with the customers and determines what may be needed to accomplish their goals.

The final stage of Aurea’s onboarding process includes training and weekly engagements until they are operational and fully trained. For the ongoing support and maintenance of the Unlimited products chosen by customers, they will access Aurea Support as they do for their core product. The same level of service applies.

The modern workplace is virtual, global, asynchronous, and disconnected—Aurea’s Future of Work

Aurea enables businesses to have a virtual work platform that goes beyond communication—building new and treasured connections between its people, its ideas, and the company’s vision.

Today’s hybrid and virtual workers enjoy greater flexibility and productivity than ever before, but there’s a catch. The distributed workforce faces challenges such as diversity and inclusion, disengagement, and even loneliness—and better communication alone does not suffice.

Though video and chat tools help workers communicate, they don’t create meaningful connections, make strides towards equity, diversity, and inclusion, or accelerate innovation by bridging the best ideas globally.

Aurea helps companies create a genuine connection with a dedicated enterprise work platform

Aurea’s Future of Work Cloud was designed to create a more prosperous work environment that combines the best of work-from-home and the traditional office like never before. No matter where employees are — at home, at the coffee shop, or in the office—they enjoy an innovative experience that enables them to share information, be together, solve problems, and build community.

You require the best of both worlds: the camaraderie and relationships of the office with the productivity and flexibility of the virtual workplace. Aurea has built a solution that gives customers both, creating connections by going beyond real-time collaboration and communication in a dedicated enterprise work platform.

  • Foster an inclusive, transparent culture that attracts the best ideas and the best talent
  • Marshal the combined resources and knowledge of the entire enterprise to achieve your most significant objectives
  • Create and strengthen the connections that power today’s moonshots and tomorrow’s metaverse

The future of commerce has officially arrived—Aurea’s Future of Commerce

Aurea has developed software that provides B2B buyers with experiences that rival B2C— highly personalized, digital, and self-service.

B2B buyers globally now demand personalized, one-click, consumer-style experiences—and if you can’t provide them, they’ll purchase them from competitors who can.

To meet expectations, firms must balance the intricacy of B2B purchasing with the intelligence and simplicity of a B2C experience. That means sales teams need to understand who to contact, through what channels, and when.

Aurea turns knowledge and data into better buying experiences

Businesses already have valuable customer data in their CRM, marketing, and support systems. What if they could use that data—and automatically acquire new information about individual buying preferences and beyond, creating a personalized, consumer-friendly experience for every B2B buyer?

Aurea’s Future of Commerce Cloud includes everything businesses need to do precisely that. Aurea enables the use of AI, powerful automation, and data analysis to attract more prospects, convert them to customers, and nurture their business through more consumer-friendly, B2C-like experiences. Start with one solution or use them across sales, marketing, and customer retention.

  • Attract customers with lead scoring, competitive intelligence, market research, email marketing, and automated lead follow-up
  • Convert prospects with smart cross-sell and up-sell recommendations, integrated sales forecasting, virtual deal rooms, and comprehensive sales intelligence
  • Grow the business with customer satisfaction management, renewal risk analysis, and customer sentiment alerts
