Tech Jobs Fair began its journey in Berlin, where it held its first job fair for people in the IT industry. TJF operates with a core team in Berlin with event-based engagement with local professionals in various cities pertaining to job fairs.
Founded by Ashok Dudhat, Tech Jobs Fair is officially coordinated within 15 countries with over 45+ thousand participants, 500+ organizations, 400+ partners, and 200+ thousand supporters, proof of its worldwide standing and global excellence within the industry.
Just this year, 2022, TJF has launched another project that makes me really proud: the tech-focused reverse recruitment platform Hire Tech Talent, which allows companies to apply to individuals directly concerning a job, rather than the traditional application, which in effect often drains a person's time throughout the application process.
Q. How do you meet the needs of the evolvingmarket?
TJF is focused on taking recruiting to a higher level by presenting a reverse recruitment platform called Hire Tech Talent. It was successfully launched in 2022; Hire Tech Talent is a revolution in the tech hiring industry. Q. How does Tech Jobs Fair fill the void in the industry?
Shortly put, Tech Jobs Fair is a platform to empower brands and bring talent under a single roof. I founded it in Berlin back in 2017 and it has grown beyond my imagination over the last years. With a strong emphasis on IT and Digital domains, the Tech Jobs Fair made its mark in three important commercial hubs of Europe in 2019: Vienna, Zurich, and Lisbon. Last year, due to the pandemic, we added 8 more countries to our portfolio. And we plan to add a few more next years.

Q. How do you stay on the top of emerging trends in this business area?
My inspiration comes from the willingness to build something based on my vision to help people find jobs. It sounds quite simple, but I guess many of us already experienced the frustrations that sometimes come with it and therefore can relate to the struggle. What first led me to the staffing and recruiting industry was actually my own experience. When I was studying in Germany, I had a limited visa period to find a job in the country. While I was busy looking for a job, there were other things to take into consideration: keeping track of my expenses and reaching my professional goals in a limited period of time. I didn’t want just any job; I wanted to start my career. So this idea came to me: to create a system where one can add his or her CV and automatically apply to skill matching jobs.
Q. How are tech and digital professionals benefited from Tech Job Fair?
As a contemporary platform, we are helping budding talents connect with entrepreneurs which can turn out to be a win-win situation for both of them. To ensure an exponential growth trajectory, all start-ups need two things, branding, and good talent recruitment. So, catering across this vertical, we have managed to carve our unique identity across the industry. TJF’s only focus is on the Tech Sector. Before the event- Social media, live tech talk, university partners, media partners, community partners, keynote speakers, and newsletters are used to promote the event and the companies participating in it as well as their hiring positions.
On the day of the event- Our team sends event reminders to all attendees, partners, and exhibitors.
After the event- Emails are sent to all our exhibitors, partners, & attendees thanking them for being part of the event. In addition, we promote event photos & videos via social media. As a service to our partners, exhibitors, and speakers, we also offer event pictures & videos.
Hire Tech Talent to allow Individuals can create their one-time tech profile on the platform which then goes through a verification process. Once their profile is verified he/she gets the opportunities to reach out to the top positions. Verified profiles are then visible to hiring companies which makes it easier to find the right candidate from the industry. Job seekers can apply for the positions with their one profile to several companies without being worried about the feedback.

Ashok Dudhat holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's in Software Engineering for Industrial applications. With more than 15 years of experience, he has worked across a diverse range of IT industries, such as e-commerce, turbine materials, as well as in-service and medical sectors. His greatest professional accomplishments include WP Event Manager in March 2017.
