• Logistics: TechVision+ enables the creation of simplified and enhanced processes and automation by leveraging AI.
• Manufacturing: This next-generation platform harnesses intelligent AI deep vision analytics (2D and 3D inputs, IoT) to help identify and eliminate production defects and process inefficiencies.

TechVision+ is continuously enhanced and extended with every customer solution development, use case experience, and internal R&D.

Q. How does TechVedika promote innovation amongst its employees and within the organization?

TechVedika consistently adapts its people, processes, and R&D strategies to a working culture that consciously identifies, creates and delivers innovation. This also involves explicit and effective knowledge sharing among various projects and programs and aligning internal R&D with customer product and platform roadmaps. This enables us to repurpose and cross-pollinate between various projects, thereby improving delivery time and performance.

Our team performance metrics also measure and reward innovative and creative proposals that surpass customer expectations and/or expand the scope of the business engagement for mutual benefit.

Competency groups serve as the first level of interactive platforms, offering opportunities to share innovative ideas, cost-effective solutions, and project proposals in niche technologies.

Thanks to this initiative, our projects in AI/ML have accelerated, and existing conventional projects have transitioned to new technologies, resulting in the generation of several new leads that are currently in the process of conversion into business.

Q. Can you share some of the solutions and practices TechVedika has installed to produce innovative solutions for its clients?

TechVedika partnered with a US-based Digital Performance Advertising Solutions Provider to optimize their cloud costs. Leveraging our innovative strategies, we delivered a seamlessly revamped architecture and configurations, all while achieving feasible and cost-efficient optimizations. Our internal analysis and analytics frameworks were able to identify areas of impactful gains, around 20–30% across various metrics. This exceeded the client’s expectations. Additionally, we provided a consistent governance model for our proposed configurations and architecture. For the customer with a large number of AWS accounts, this was a huge improvisation, making their costs manageable and optimized.

In most customer cases like the above, TechVedika always tries to consciously provide measurable, innovative solutions beyond the customer’s primary objectives. This we achieve by repurposing and leveraging cross-domain and inter/intra-project learnings and know-how in AI/Deep Analytics.

Q. What are TechVedika’s plans for the future? 

TechVedika’s future plans emphasize a focus on app modernization and digitalization by conscious adoption of AI-based hyper-automation across key industry segments it serves.

Existing (short-term): Now that we have a broader array of competencies and skills and a larger delivery capacity, we intend to increase customers in mid-sized to larger firms. Encourage existing customers to adopt or embed AI capabilities into their current solutions.

Emerging (near-long-term): Invest in internal platform tools and toolkits that enable us to further enhance our ability to create responsible and compliant AI solutions with measurable impact.

TechVedika would continue and expand its internal R&D programs (~10–15%) to create innovation to aid in the democratization and cost-effective adoption of AI.

TechVedika is seeing good traction from our current and potential customers as a response to the above.

Q. Would you like us to highlight something important happening in your company that we may have missed asking about?

Co-innovation is the path to creation. TechVedika collaborated with distinguished radiologists to help a healthcare AI deep-tech firm create a highly cost-effective, advanced cardiothoracic MRI analysis solution for radiologists and cardiologists. The inventions under the hood greatly lower the cost of such compliant and reliable state-of-the-art certified solutions for developing countries.

As in this case, TechVedika continually nurtures healthy partnerships with complementary teams and domain experts to create innovative new path solutions.

One noteworthy internal strategic operational initiative is our AWS Managed Services, which successfully evolved from being an in-house service provider into a thriving business vertical due to various platform and framework innovations.
