Strategy

Bold strategies and actions are always required to lead in the rapidly evolving healthcare ecosystem. Economic realities, persistent disparities, changing consumer expectations, and new forms of competition mean standing still is not an option.

The leading health systems are implementing new strategies and operating models to create a next-generation healthcare delivery system and a healthier world. It is high time that Healthcare providers reimagine the patient journey and implement new models to deliver healthcare, make it more affordable and accessible for all, and improve their market position. Navigating the healthcare landscape ahead requires a bold and intelligent vision, unparalleled expertise and experience, aligned values, and powerful analytics and technology.

Performance

For healthcare providers, restructuring and reducing expenses while innovating and adapting care models for the future is a dual imperative. The providers need to fundamentally redesign clinical and operational models based on sustainable approaches for performance improvement.

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the financial instability and unsustainability of current clinical and operating models. Also, dramatic changes in the competitive landscape, evolving consumer expectations, and the continued adoption of virtual care require a reimagining of care delivery. Increasing the quality while improving access, cost, convenience, and service are critical to a healthier world for all. The health systems require a more impactful and sustainable approach to performance improvement than previously deployed.

Informatics & Technology

There is an exponential change going on in the technical world. To remain futureproof, health companies must focus on utilizing data and information effectively. The delivery and business models need some radical change, therefore. Companies need to bring bold and innovative solutions that improve the overall system worldwide. Now more than ever before, clients need to ask themselves critical questions about the role technology plays in how they are delivering care.

Oncology Solutions

The number of people getting diagnosed with cancer is increasing at an alarming rate. As the disease has advanced, so must the health systems innovate to create a healthier world. The system won't change dramatically in a week or month. It would take small continuous changes to bring in a considerable difference.

Hospitals and health systems needing expertise with cancer often seek the Chartis Group to help them navigate their most complex questions. The company's experience across 45 years gives it a depth of exposure and network of experience unparalleled in the industry. Cancer consulting is one of its major businesses and also a source of tremendous pride for its team.

"Our teams bring leading-edge subject matter expertise and proven approaches to the issues and opportunities facing healthcare today. "

Revenue Cycle

Over the past few years, dramatic changes in the healthcare industry require the next set of solutions to transform revenue cycle operations. Factors like provider consolidation, payor and reimbursement complexity, regulatory changes, and rising under-insured and uninsured populations have made it challenging to manage the most fundamental attributes and indicators that drive revenue cycle performance.

A new level of intelligence is highly required for the changing paradigm shift. Aligning the revenue cycle, enhancing analytical capabilities, deploying the latest cutting-edge technologies, and employing an agile approach will reduce inefficiency and speed collections and deliver an ROI that supports other strategic investments for a healthier world.

Digital Transformation

The transformation brought about by the healthcare industry's digital transformation has brought a paradigm shift in the competitive landscape, requiring care delivery enterprises to adopt forward-looking digital strategies and solutions that overcome historical barriers. The digitally-driven shift in care delivery demands a consumer-centric experience, and pandemic-propelled pressures have made digital transformation an essential and existential requirement for stakeholders across the healthcare delivery ecosystem.

Traditional healthcare delivery enterprises have been innovating digital solutions but often find these efforts falling short of both consumer and provider expectations. Leading health systems are reshaping their business models to center on the consumer in a converging — and increasingly competitive — healthcare marketplace.
