Q. What are your solutions? How can your customers benefit from the same?
Built by robotic process automation experts and founded on industry ‘best practices’ CoSourcing provides a world-class RPA Solution Suite that enables our customers to exceed expectations in their automation journey by turning their RPA strategies into guaranteed business results.
Whatever exceptional features might make your business model unique, CoSourcing Partners’ RPA Practice provides the comprehensive full-service model that captures that data, knowledge, and know-how and incorporates it into automation configuration and business rules allowing the automations to adapt to any environment.
Configuration, business rules and code libraries form the groundwork from which all automation activities are controlled, following the flow of business process including all the core functions from back office, accounting and finance, human resources, operations, and beyond to quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Advisory Services:
It’s important for business teams to have a clear understanding of process automation concepts, potential technology solutions, and an approach towards automation at all levels of the enterprise, whether pursuing or about to pursue their automation journey. Our advisory services arm your leadership with the industry’s leading technology trends and provide them with a framework for technical strategy to ensure success in your automation journey.
We believe that the most innovative ideas come from the workforce who understands the business at the transaction level. To leverage that enterprise knowledge we bring an unbiased, RPA industry viewpoint to construct an ecosystem for your business teams to think and generate ideas which best suite your enterprise and your strategic objectives. This collection of in-house experts is the foundation for establishing your Automation Center of Excellence.
Setting up a scalable Center of Excellence with the right levels of governance and knowledge, based on enterprise specific objectives is the most important aspect of any process automation journey. Because we know that one-size-does-not-fit-all, we apply our deep industry experience to carve out the best sustainable model for your enterprise. Our collaborative approach involves a series of design workshops with your key stakeholders to define the right strategy for your enterprise.
Opportunity Training Services:
For your business team to provide tangible business results to the enterprise through automation, it is critical that they understand which process(es) are best suited for automation.
Our proven Process Identification training workshop provides 90 minutes of class-room type workshops to train your stakeholders how to identify the very best processes to automate. We train your team to identify these opportunities based upon process complexity, financial, and operational impact.
The process identification training brings immediate value to your enterprise by identifying processes that are repetitive and best suited for standardization, specialization, and division of labor—unlocking business and shareholder value.
Assessment Services:
Business Process Assessment is another critical step to identify the right candidates for automation, then prioritizing and scheduling them accordingly based on our defined process selection framework.
Often enterprises struggle to strengthen their automation pipeline and fail to articulate the quantifiable automation potential by utilizing unstructured selection criteria.
We bring our industry experience and business process assessment framework to facilitate your
design workshops that work directly with your stakeholders to identify, record, and quantify a unique business case for each process to develop your strategic roadmap based on opportunity value and return on investment.
Assessment services are structured in size and scope to match your initiatives and desired outcomes. Typically, our professionals work with your team to identify 20 strong potential processes for automation. Together based on business value and business impact, the combined team will select the five most compelling processes for automation, with the remaining processes moved into your automation pipeline and roadmap.
RPA Development Services:
At the center of our RPA Practice is our RPA Development Center. Fully staffed and strategically located in the suburbs of Chicago, our secure Development Center, staffed with our certified RPA professionals, produces high-quality processes that are easy to implement, easy to maintain and will scale with your operation to continually increase revenue, eliminate cost, and reduce processing time.
Partnered with the industry’s leading RPA software providers, CoSourcing Partners provides a comprehensive suite of professional services from design, analysis, architecture, infrastructure, development, testing, and managed services.
Our team of certified RPA professionals can supplement your in-house RPA team or help jump start your new opportunities.
RPA Managed Services:
Every business process has its own exceptions. Some exceptions were foreseen during development, some were not. After a few successful runs, the bot stops working and by the time the business discovers there is an issue, a large backlog is already waiting. All those (sometimes business critical) cases might have a strict deadline. Should the end-users really start doing this manually again? Who can pick this up and fix this? Who knows the automation tool? Who knows the process and who knows the target applications? Often nobody.
Occasionally the target application of the RPA-bot is updated, changed or an extra field is added due to a modification in the procedure. These unexpected changes are often not clearly communicated or prepared and are rapidly executed because of the urge of time. The automated flow stops, and the bot stops working. Does the business have time to execute the time-consuming process manually again? Probably not.
Within the IT-department there is often no developer available and there is a lack of technical knowledge within the business. If there is a knowledgeable RPA-developer his planning is most often full.
CoSourcing Partners RPA Managed Services have implemented a flexible and cost-effective managed service offering ready to support your needs. Our service desk has one mission: ‘Releasing the burden of maintaining and controlling your virtual RPA workforce.’
We provide around-the-clock technical support in bot management, failure and disaster recovery, opportunity and discovery management ensuring quick and easy resolutions for all your automations.
