10 Best Cyber Security Companies 2018
CIO Bulletin
Digital transformation, therefore, is simply the route that companies take toward leveraging this abundance of data and connectivity to change the way they compete and create value. It shifts the focus of value extraction from the hard assets and business processes companies control to information from and about those assets and business processes. This allows companies to improve how they currently operate, create new business models and sources of value, and maintain a competitive advantage. Business leaders who don’t seize this opportunity will see their business models and enterprise values erode — and be left behind the competition.

In colloquy with Azizi A Hadi, Executive Vice President/CEO to have knowledge of the company
On what verticals are you focusing? And what is your approach towards it?
TM ONE is focusing and aspiring to carve a strong niche in 13 (thirteen) industry verticals such as Media & Broadcast, Retail & Hospitality, Real Estate, Education, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, Logistic, Utilities and Manufacturing.
By focusing on these verticals, we are able to adopt customized solutions based on our customer’s specific needs and requirements and create a seamless experience for any specific customer deployments.
By taking on a hybrid approach, we will be able to sweat our assets and resources further, and concentrate our full efforts to make it more competitive in the market. We believe this approach enables us to serve both the narrow and wider market on a holistic level.
With a team of leaders that specialises on each vertical that understands the ins and outs of a specific vertical need, we are able to deliver on time and provide solution that is better customized for each vertical.
What struggles had you faced during the initial years?
With many domestic and global players offering ICT solutions meet customer’s communication and connectivity needs, connectivity has become highly commoditized.
In the face of these challenges, we are moving aggressively into the digital space with offerings such as big data technologies and IoT solutions. For example, we are actively exploring collaborative opportunities with property developers to develop customized smart services and solutions.
In parallel to that, we are enhancing our existing integrated connectivity and ICT/BPO solutions by tailoring to vertical business requirements, and placing more emphasis on consultative selling. Our ability to offer integrated ICT solutions targeted at specific verticals allows us to create more value for our customers and serves as a powerful differentiator against our competitors.
How does TM ONE contribute to global IT platform and society at large?
We enable businesses and government agencies digitalisation with agile technology, infrastructure and capabilities, and help connecting businesses and government agencies more widely yet precisely via multiple channels. By adapting businesses and government agencies towards the Cloud Delivery Model, we too help to drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) down.
What according to you should peers and freshers do to stand out of the crowd?
Where do you foresee your company in the coming years?
We believe with our capabilities, solutions and expert resources, we foresee that we are able to expand ourselves digitally in to the digital market. And with the right investments, at the right time, we will be able to capture future opportunities especially in areas such as Cloud, Smart Solutions and Digital Services.
We will also focus on driving business towards our first Commercial Data Centre with Uptime Tier-III certified for constructed Facility, called the Iskandar Puteri Data Centre which is located at the hub of Iskandar Puteri, Johor. These operations will help to create new opportunities to bring our product offerings further afield in ASEAN region.
