The cloud commerce marketplace Pax8 features GoTo’s LogMeIn Resolve as part of its platform suite which provides extensive capabilities to both MSPs and small to medium-sized businesses. The marketplace now provides users with three key capabilities through the new addition which includes endpoint unification together with remote monitoring and support.
LogMeIn Resolve supplies Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with endpoint management capabilities through remote access along with asset tracking systems and mobile device administration tools and artificial intelligence for endpoint investigation systems. The solution incorporates live note-taking and end-user troubleshooting and scripting tools which enhance operational efficiency.
General manager of IT solutions Joseph George at GoTo declared that this partnership bolsters operational efficiency along with growth potential for customers who work with both companies. Through this collaboration partner networks and small businesses gain ready access to necessary management tools according to him.
Through LogMeIn Resolve Pax8 VP of marketplace vendor strategy Ryan Burton described the remote access functionalities that provide “unlimited, instant clientless remote support” while uniting remote monitoring with ticketing and automation features in one solution.
