The first image from the much awaited seventh entry in the cherished dinosaur franchise, "Jurassic World Rebirth," has been released by Universal Pictures. In this follow-up to "Jurassic World Dominion," the story of humanity's complicated connection with dinosaurs is continued five years later.
Director Gareth Edwards, who directed "The Creator" and "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," is directing Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, and Mahershala Ali in the film. While David Koepp, the man behind the 1993 original "Jurassic Park" script, wrote the screenplay for the most recent installment, Edwards is adding a new wrinkle to the franchise.
