Apple enthusiasts in Japan can rejoice now as an exclusive shopping event is coming to their country. One of the world’s most popular brands, Apple, is holding a shopping event in the country after New Year’s Day.
Apple has announced that it is holding a one-day shopping event in Japan. The event will be held on Thursday, 2 January 2020. The event will see the premium mobile company offer its customers Apple Store gift cards which could reach as high as 24,000 Yen with the purchase of select products.
The gift card values last year ranged between 3,000 Yen and 24, 000 Yen for select iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, Apple TV, and Beats models. This year, full details are yet to be revealed.
MacRumors reports that the newer models in the market including the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, Apple Watch Series 5, and AirPods may not qualify for the gift cards.
The event will be the company’s first sale of the year. Apple has promised that it will be delivering the purchased items the following day completely free of charge. The event will be taking place at the Apple Store app and at the Apple Stores in Japan.
