Mavenir launched new solution â€˜mUCaaS'

Mavenir who is a leader in mobile network transformation released Mobile-Native Unified Communications and Collaboration as a Service (mUCaaS) solution and the motif behind this is to respond to the mobility needs of SOHO and SMBs. This innovation is a major advancement when compared to traditional UCaaS offerings.

The solution will create new opportunities for mobile network operators (MNO’s) and also responds to the real business need for mobile communications for the workforce.

“The SOHO/SMB market is really underserved with 80%2 of businesses having fewer than 10 employees. Our innovative solution allows MNOs to address an untapped market with a frictionless, consumer-like experience,” said Guillaume Le Mener, SVP/GM, Enterprise Solutions, Mavenir.

At present MNO’s have slow growth and are under pressure because of intensive price war on voice and data plans, vicious competition from OTT applications. Mavenir’s muCaaS solution is delivered through Maveni’s carrier-grade managed global cloud and it also provides Mavenir’s mission critical security and messaging services. For instance, VoLTE and RCS some of the MNO network assets can be leveraged.
