Under the Hintel brand, the Deverellsmith Group announces opening a new location in January 2024 that will serve the Middle East.

The Deverellsmith Group reports opening a new office focusing on the Middle East. The office will only provide talent consulting services to the real estate, construction, and property industries, such as executive search, talent advising, and outsourced project recruiting.

The company will be run by Hintel, established in 2021 as the sister company of the group’s specialized recruitment company, Deverellsmith, which emphasizes offering clients customized strategic solutions to attract talent comprehensively. The London branch of the Deverellsmith group has made a name for itself as a provider of top talent that provides its clients with long-term value and first-rate customer care.

With a foundation in the distinctive talent solutions offered by the Hintel brand, the Middle East branch will construct the team’s offering with the same mission, values, and guiding principles. The launch will be led by Andrew Deverell-Smith, Founder & Global CEO, emphasizing promoting businesses’ growth and best outcomes.

Using his vast market expertise, he will guide the Middle East team in identifying top real estate performances and leaders worldwide. The Saudi Arabian real estate industry is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.89%, from USD 64 billion in 2023 to around USD 94 billion by 2028. Thus, it became sense to designate a specialized role that addresses such needs.
