London-based law firm Taylor Vinters is all-set to take an equity stake in an online legal services business known as LawBite. This collaboration between these two firms will provide SMEs with international advice regarding stake monitoring and acquisition. LawBite's international legal hub is also focused on enabling SMEs to tackle the Brexit red tape as they aim to expand and trade overseas.
LawBite is aligned to develop international business for traders overseas. Thereby, it is offering SMEs a crucial combination of legal documents and precedents. It also includes contract review and easy access to lawyers through LawBriefs, its alternative business structure since 2015. The firm has stated that the users can take out subscriptions or pay ad hoc advice at £165 an hour. Lawbite is also using artificial intelligence through its own software tool called Lawson to match consumers with lawyers.
With the subscription, users can access Taylor Vinters' international network of locally affiliated law firms; this will operate under the LawBite brand's technology. LawBite's new approach to technology aligns with digital legal services, and it can enable innovative businesses and entrepreneurs, which will increase their effectiveness and impact.
