Veterans Day is approaching and to show its appreciation for its service, Amazon has announced that its premium Prime service will be available for the veterans at a discounted price. The veterans can also use the offer to extend their membership at a discount.
Through this offer, the online retail giant is cutting the cost of Prime membership by 30%. The Amazon Prime subscription is currently available at $119. But it will be exclusively available at $79 for the veterans.
The veterans can go to the Amazon website to check if they are eligible for the offer between November 6 and November 11. The discount is not available for the dependents or the family members.
Last year, the subscription price was $99 and was subsequently raised to $119. But the new offer is $40 cheaper than the original price.
The veterans will be able to enjoy free one-and two-day shipping on items they buy from Amazon’s portal. The Prime service subscribers also get free access to the premium content on the Prime Video and Prime Music apps.
