Walmart and Costco recently announced of mask-free movement of customers at the stores, inspired by CDC’s new guidelines. But not many companies are following it and Apple is one of them. The Cupertino-based tech company is gluing to mask-on policy at its US retail stores for now, it is mandatory for customers to wear mask no matter if they are affected or not.
According to CDC’s ‘Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People’ Resume activities without wearing masks or physical distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules and regulations including local business and workplace quarantine.”
Guidelines of March 13 add, “Fully vaccinated people can refrain from testing following a known exposure unless they are residents or employees.”
Finally it states that those who experience COVID-19 symptoms should get tested; there is no surety that vaccine can safeguard you completely from COVID-19, so if you unfortunately get COVID after getting vaccinated, it can be a huge risk to amongst the workers.
