In order to improve productivity, Xerox and SAP collaborate to improve business architecture, with a focus on cloud solutions and digital transformation.
In line with its thorough multi-year Remaking strategy, Xerox Holdings Corp. has chosen to enhance its corporate architecture through the implementation of RISE with SAP. With this change, Xerox hopes to speed up its transformation into a software-enabled services-led enterprise while also increasing productivity and improving efficiency.
By adopting SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Xerox will embrace a clean core approach to advance its legacy ERP systems. This major shift is expected to reduce IT costs, standardize global processes, and simplify the application landscape. Additionally, SAP’s cloud solutions will support the creation of a global business services organization and facilitate the delivery of new business models to meet growing industry demands.
Louie Pastor, Executive Vice President at Xerox, highlighted the strategic importance of this partnership. “SAP is helping us increase speed, agility, and cost-effectiveness while providing modern tools and improved support,” said Pastor. The integration of SAP Business AI, SAP Customer Experience portfolio, and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) will offer Xerox real-time insights and operational flexibility, driving greater automation and cost reduction.
Xerox will also influence SAP’s digital supply chain solutions to optimize inventory visibility across its global operations and enhance data-driven decision-making. Dominik Asam, CFO of SAP SE, expressed pride in Xerox’s choice, noting that the implementation of SAP’s solutions will usher in a new era of workplace innovation and client engagement.
