LifeShield, an ADT Company added a new HD Video Doorbell to its DIY home security system. The LifeShield HD Video Doorbell pairs directly with the LifeShield home security system, giving owners, the freedom to record, store, and also to watch live video. The LifeShield HD Video Doorbell also integrates with a number of other smart home devices.
ADT acquired LifeShield in February 2019 and now its LifeShield subsidiary is releasing an HD video doorbell to go with its own DIY system. The new LifeShield HD Video Doorbell can be purchased at LifeShield.com for $200. The product comes with 1080p HD resolution, 170-degree viewing angle, 30-day video storage, professional monitoring, two-way audio, compatible with Alexa and IFTTT.
In addition, the new LifeShield HD Video Doorbell provides custom detection in specific zones. It provides People detection technology which distinguishes between people and other objects, prevents unneeded notifications and recordings. The video previews and notifications of the live event can be viewed on the LifeShield security touchpad or on a mobile app.
“New Doorbell Camera Provides Homeowners with Greater Visibility and Peace of Mind. Additionally, the new Wi-Fi-connected video doorbell complements the brand’s flexible “Build Your Own Set” package, making it easy to tailor a security system to your smart home security needs,” says a press note from LifeShield’s company.
