As global travel demand surges, the Middle East emerges as a luxury tourism hub.
Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 is all-set to shed light on the booming luxury travel industry when it makes its return to the Dubai World Trade Centre from April 28 to May 1. Many leading hospitality brands, industry giants, and travel enthusiasts will be in attendance, as the mega even will unveil the exotic travel destinations and latest trends shaping high-end tourism.
According to the recent reports from McKinsey & Company it is expected that luxury tourism will grow at a rapid pace than any other sector, which is driven by rising numbers of high-net-worth individuals and travel lovers investing big in these premium experiences. By 2028, the industry is projected to reach $391 billion, up from $239 billion in 2023, with Asia playing a vital role in its growth.
Danielle Curtis, Exhibition Director ME for ATM, emphasized Asia’s growing presence, with a 27% increase in exhibitors. National Tourism Organizations from various countries like Japan, Maldives, South Korea, India, and Thailand, alongside regional boards, are powering this growth.
ATM 2025 will feature destinations like the Maldives, Mauritius, and Peru, showcasing exclusive experiences such as Amazon cruises, Andean train journeys, and many more. With premier hospitality and hotel brands, a focus on sustainability, and insights into evolving traveler preferences, ATM 2025 will be a must-attend event for industry professionals tapping into the luxury travel boom.
