Deel surpasses a $1B annual run rate and is changing HRTech by using AI for global recruitment, payroll management and overseeing workforces.

In less than six years, Deel has managed to reach a $1 billion annual run rate in Q1 2025. Deel is famous for making it easy for companies to hire, pay and manage employees in different countries and today, the platform supports over 1.25 million workers and manages payroll and HR for more than thirty-five thousand businesses in one hundred and fifty countries.

With revenues up 75% in a year and its HR and payroll services rising 164%, Deel has attracted attention in the HRTech industry for being both fast and profitable.

Using its specific infrastructure, Deel combines scattered global HR systems into one platform. Early adoption of AI has made its services more advanced and has given the company a serious advantage over others in HRTech.

The Asia-Pacific is seeing most of Deel’s current growth and Singapore’s revenue rose by a whopping 75% this year. Since Deel is expanding to more countries, its leadership views this achievement as just the start of a major change in HRTech.
