PSR IT Services, an Indian partner of Houston-based Microlink Networks LLC, is set to establish a ₹500 crore manufacturing unit in Telangana. This initiative follows Microlink Networks' grant of exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights for various products in India, as announced after discussions with Minister for Industries and IT D. Sridhar Babu in Hyderabad.
The proposed facility aims to produce a range of high-data transmission products including networking cables, IoT devices, IT components, electronic and telecom equipment, data centre infrastructure, and security products. This action reflects Microlink Networks' strategic dedication to international growth and technological innovation in the electronic and IT industries.
This project supports the country's 'Make in India' campaign by encouraging local manufacturing and economic development, and it is anticipated to create 700 new jobs. Furthermore, PSR IT Services and Microlink Networks intend to work together to establish a distribution network, a warehouse, and an experience center throughout Southeast Asia and India.
Telangana's talented workforce and policies supporting electronic manufacturing were highlighted by Minister D. Sridhar Babu, who also highlighted the state's favorable industrial growth environment.
