SurveyMonkey upgraded its Salesforce integration that allows automating and personalizing email surveys to provide an even deeper understanding of customers for better decision-making.
The brand-new SurveyMonkey for Salesforce, which was launched on Salesforce AppExchange, has made its way with a variety of options available for businesses to automate personalized email surveys directly within Salesforce. This integration has enabled users to create, deploy, and administer surveys on their behalf, thereby making sending surveys an easy task without the need of having a technical degree.
The changes include giving access to SurveyMonkey's complete email collector functions including HTML formatting, analytics, and automated follow-ups with the option to embed the first question in the email to improve response rates. Moreover, integration with Salesforce data allows hyper personalization of survey emails targeting a particular customer segment to increase response rates and gather invaluable feedback at scale.
These parts, when combined, along with the survey data, give companies a complete view of their customers while tracking important metrics such as customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS®), and customer effort score (CES). They also solidify investments made by companies to use data-driven decisions to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
"This is one of our most popular integrations, and we are excited to offer even better tools for helping our customers get actionable insight right within Salesforce," Priya Gill, global head of marketing at SurveyMonkey, said.
A truly integrated solution, seamlessly and securely, to companies that would want to realize improved customer experience and well-informed, growth-determinative decisions by way of MarTech.
