With six new luxury residential and office projects worth ₹15,000 crore, Tribeca Developers expands Trump branded real estate in India.
Donald Trump's historic win as U.S. President prompted Kalpesh Mehta, owner of Tribeca Developers, to declare a real estate expansion. Tribeca plans to launch six more Trump-branded projects in India, covering over 8 million sq. ft., with projected sales revenue exceeding ₹15,000 Crores, reflecting Mehta's long-standing ties with the Trump family.
Trump's association with Tribeca has strengthened its position in India's real estate market. Mehta highlighted how Trump's presidency positively impacted real estate relations between India and the U.S. Tribeca plans to introduce Trump Towers in Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, possibly featuring "Trump World Towers" concepts.
Mehta went on to recount the words of wisdom he received from Donald Trump Jr. long ago “Do it like I did. Don’t do too many projects, but whatever you do, make sure it is a trophy." This has been the ethos behind Tribeca’s approach where the focus has been not the number of homes built but the more glamorous “trophy” homes which are very much in demand in the high end of the real estate market in India.
Tribeca is planning to introduce a Trump-branded office complex in Pune, marking the brand's entry into India's office space. This move stems from India's rising demand for hyper-luxury real estate among high-net-worth individuals and non-resident Indians.
