It addition to this, the Prime customers will have access to music, books, movies through Amazon Prime.

The Prime membership will cost 9.90 reais ($2.42) per month or 89.00 reais per year.

The American e-commerce major is looking to make inroads into the biggest economy in Latin America through its best service on offer. “We went as fast as possible and as slowly as necessary,” Jamil Ghani, Amazon Prime International Vice President, told Reuters.
