CIO Kwon Young-bum who brings decades of IT experience explained how AI automation improves workplace performance along with minimizing routine work assignments.
Within the upgraded ERP system a chatbot Artificial Intelligence enables users to submit tasks naturally along with live data analytics that generates enhanced decision-making power. This AI integration differentiates the software solution from SAP and provides custom capabilities that address South Korean business requirements especially for local tax management.
K-System Ace by YoungLimWon is gaining traction as KOTRA has become one of its recent clients in addition to other organizations. The actual cost-based ERP system together with customized consulting services provided by the company enables differentiation from international competitors that need complex modifications. YoungLimWon extends its business operations into Japan and Southeast Asia while securing a significant $8.9 million Indonesian contract as it advances into the global retail market with customized ERP solutions for multiple industry types.
