With Thailand HR Tech 2025, HR leaders can drive improvements using fairness, AI and technology to support strong and diverse teams.
Thailand will be hosting the Thailand HR Tech Conference & Exposition 2025 on June 17-18 at Siam Paragon, Bangkok. The event which celebrates its sixth year this year is the biggest in Canada dedicated to HR technology, developing people and workplace change.
Sudkanung Kambarat, as President of PMAT, explained that HR technology must be designed to consider people above all else. Her statement at the conference highlighted the theme which is the People & Tech Momentum: Rebuilding People, Trust and Sustainability in the Intelligent Age.
With approximately 15,000 visitors, HRTech World provides far more than a HRTech display. This platform provides an opportunity to see the role of AI, data analytics and automation in developing the potential of humans, boosting employee health and building acceptance among employees. People attending can gain knowledge from over 80 sessions on AI in recruitment, analytics in HR and technology that promotes wellbeing.
The event welcomes over 200 exhibitors, who will introduce visitors to the newest HRTech services and includes a Tech for Wellbeing Area highlighting innovations for mental and emotional well-being.
Kambarat thinks of the conference as building not only a gathering, but a group interested in reimaging how we work with human-centered HRTech at the center. Because companies are experiencing both talent shortages and hybrid work issues, Thailand HR Tech 2025 becomes an important event for HR leaders to find new ways to lead with empathy and intent.
