Motorola’s popular Razr is coming back to life. The foldable phone was quite a rage before the smartphone culture disrupted the mobile scene. Razr is now being remodeled to be what seems like a different take on foldable smartphones.
The core of the phone is, of course, the display which is a 6.2-inch 21:9 pOLED display which folds in half horizontally. The display has a notch on top and a camera. The phone has curved edges at the bottom. The outside of the phone also has a 2.7-inch OLED display which is a Quick View Display intended to show the user notifications, music controls, and more. There are rumors that the phone company is working to improve the utility of this display even more.
The phone will come with Android 9 Pie and is powered by the Snapdragon 710 processor. It has a 16MP camera that will let the users click selfies even when the phone is folded. The camera has features like EIS, Night Vision, and more. When the phone is unfolded, this camera turns into the rear camera of the phone. There is a 5MP camera on the inside too.
Motorola Razr will be available for purchase in 2020 and will be priced at $1,499. Pre-orders begin on December 26.
