In order to give communication service e providers (CSPs) more powerful and economically advantageous analytical tools, Nokia today announced the release of AVA Customer and Mobile Network Insights, a cloud-native analytics software solution.
Using AI and machine learning capabilities that assist intelligent and automated decision making based on linked reports created from data across 5G networks, the solution delivers "intelligence everywhere."
It makes use of Nokia's expertise and innovation in analytics to support CSP initiatives to boost operational effectiveness, network performance, and customer experience.
