Q. Talk about your experience in cleanroom monitoring.

Q. What is exclusive about Hope 220 N95 Disposable Respirator and your Revolution - Industrial & Medical Grade Air Purifier?

The Hope 220 offers unique features not commonly seen in the current market of disposable N95 respirators. While many will simply take a template and manufacture their masks as a recipe of components that meet minimum standards, Filtr used our 35 years of particle monitoring success to engineer our respirator to better meet the needs of those who will be wearing it. For example, fit matters. The Hope 220 offers a specially sized and much more comfortable foam nose bridge, which provides more pliable reinforcement to empower every user to customize the fit to the shape of their face. This provides a more secure seal to keep unwanted contaminants from entering the mask. Another common complaint is that N95 masks can be difficult to breathe in. The Hope 220 addresses this issue by optimizing the surface area of the mask thus making it easier to breathe through. The Hope 220 was designed with a structural material layer that keeps the mask away from your mouth and nose. This makes it easier to breathe and makes it much more comfortable.

The Hope 220 utilizes a tri-fold design which accommodates a wider variety of face shapes and sizes. This tri-fold design also makes the mask easier to breathe in.

The Filtr Revolution offers patented bi-polar technology that serves three functions: it helps to remove particulate matter from the air, it reduces VOC (volatile organic compounds) levels and it helps to kill bacteria and viruses on surfaces.

The Revolution utilizes a commercial grade HEPA filter. HEPA stands for High-Efficiency Particulate Air. While most HEPA filters filter down to 0.3 micron particles, the HEPA filter in the Revolution was specially designed for the unit and will filter 98% of all particles down to 0.024 micron. HEPA filters are the most commonly used filters in cleanroom manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical device and healthcare.
