Mindglobal: Optimizing IT and telecom expenses through proven processes and unparalleled customer support

A greater need for improved expense management is emerging as firms keep implementing Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions. There has been a continued increase in the use of mobile solutions within the workforce and expansion of the rapidly growing IoT and machine-to-machine opportunities, including UCaaS (such as Zoom).

Mindglobal, co-founded by co-CEOs Kevin Whitehurst and David Wise, who have led the company since its inception in 2000, was established at the start of the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) sector. The rising need for UCaaS expense management with the ongoing support of work-from-home efforts is one of the most anticipated opportunities at Mindglobal. They provide comprehensive solutions for UCaaS expense tracking, optimization, and cost control by utilizing their knowledge and experience in TEM. This, in turn, offers them a great chance to broaden their offerings and help businesses effectively manage the costs associated with UCaaS.

Services and solutions at Mindglobal

The foundation of Mindglobal was to make it easier for users to purchase wireless voice minutes. Mindglobal's services have expanded to include a full suite of enterprise software for procurement, asset management, reporting, audit, and a 24x7x365 multi-lingual help desk for both fixed and mobile telecom, as a result of the rapid expansion of wireless technology in the enterprise, the exponential growth of wireless data and smartphone devices, and an ever-increasing need for employee support. Mindglobal is prepared to continue assisting top corporations as they expand their fixed and wireless operations because there are no signs that telecom growth is slowing down among large businesses and enterprises.

The world's largest organizations, such as The Coca-Cola Company, Tesla, Humana, Nordstrom, Carlson, Louis Vuitton, and many others, rely on Mindglobal for full telecom expenditure management lifecycle services for cellular, fixed, and UCaaS services. Their service model enables their clients to utilize a best-in-class solution that is adaptable, configurable, and provides the user with a wide range of capabilities. This successfully satisfies each client's unique requirements for telecom expense control.

Mindglobal’s senior leadership has vast knowledge in business planning, telecom supply chain management, and working directly with telecom carriers to support international organizations, with a combined total of more than 100 years of experience in these areas. They gathered the members of their executive team from companies like Arthur Andersen, IBM, AT&T, and KPMG. Working with the top corporations worldwide to increase purchasing power and cut third-party costs is a specialty at Mindglobal.

Mindglobal sees three types of competitors: real managed services vendors, wireless carriers who offer to give analysis upon client contracts, and internal teams who are already managing TEM as part of their position within a company. They have noticed that when businesses have been handling TEM on their own, they are able to deliver a compelling value proposition that results in both cost effectiveness and greater team productivity. Mindglobal believes that putting the fox in the henhouse won't provide the client with the best savings or service when the carrier is the rival. However, when it comes to other MMS vendors who are competitors, Mindglobal competes with them on value, service, and their steadfast leadership team.

Innovative incorporations and upgrades

Mindglobal is proud of its 23 years of internal innovation and is not seeking to expand by acquiring competitors, as doing so in the past has traditionally disrupted their rivals' ability to offer their customers high-quality service and value.

Instead, they innovate by paying attention to what their clients need and meeting those needs as they emerge.

Over the past two decades, Mindglobal’s platform has been completely internalized. This distinguishes them from other businesses that might use several systems or partner platforms that are reused. Additionally, it offers them the ability to tailor their services to the needs of individual consumers whenever necessary. In terms of integration, Mindglobal is superior.

To accommodate their clients' growing needs and ServiceNow installations, they have made major improvements to the ServiceNow integration over the past year. It includes financial and social impact reporting in their services because there is also a growing interest in sustainability practices.

Other noteworthy upgrades include their Contract Management module's workflow and automation improvements, enhanced real-time data analysis and reporting capabilities, and expanded banking links to enable bill payment in more nations while lowering operational expenses.

Additionally, they’re working to improve synchronization with other MDM platforms, create an interactive Power BI Dashboard for more insightful reporting and data visualization, and streamline the buying experience for mobile devices in response to client input. They include automated reminder services, integrated carrier information in shipment emails, upgraded email templates for warnings of low and high data usage, and improved campaign granularity in many languages and currencies.

The future of Mindglobal

Mindglobal is concentrating on expanding its global presence. Recognizing the value of a strong global presence, they are continually looking for ways to grow their business and penetrate new markets. They want to increase the size of their customer base and establish long-term relationships on a worldwide scale by expanding into new geographic areas and utilizing local knowledge. Mindglobal will be able to serve clients in many areas and effectively deliver their services across borders thanks to their strategic growth, ensuring that they can fulfill the demands of a corporate environment that is becoming more interconnected.

The future of Mindglobal ultimately focuses on expanding their global footprint, increasing integrations with enterprise out-of-the-box software (such as SAP), and growing alongside their clients — helping with M&A integration as well as the changing needs of their businesses like a remote workforce, new technology applications, or hardware. This is what fuels their growth in the managed mobility and TEM spaces. The leadership team will continue to be in place, and Mindglobal is dedicated to continuing to be a privately held company with no obligations to any investor group or other diversions that could come in between serving their clients.
