Q. Why was the company started? 

MPINarada is the North American operations for Narada Power Sources. The company was founded to assist Narada in its efforts to grow globally and focus on North America. We have become a leader of the broadest and most reliable VRLA and Lithium LFP battery solutions for data center, energy storage, and telecom markets.  Our products support our vital infrastructure like the internet, banks, hospitals, utilities, renewable energy, cell phones, cable TV, and more. They keep us safe and secure, and they keep us connected.  My team and I are honored to be working in an industry that matters so much to so many people.

Q. How has your company developed over the years?

We started in the telecom market with VRLA batteries to support carriers with backup power. This is a highly focused market with a need for quality products at competitive prices. We addressed this first. Narada had already had decades of experience in the telecom space and has established itself in over 100 countries with hundreds of telecom carriers around the world as an approved vendor. We are NEBS approved for the Telecom market place - which is a requirement for major carriers.

As we achieved success in the telecom market, we added high-rate Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) batteries to our product range. Over the past few years, we added lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries manufactured by Narada to our offering including telecom, UPS and energy storage. Energy Storage Systems (ESS) is our latest emerging market which is growing rapidly.

Elaborate about your battery solutions. 

We manufacture, integrate, and service VRLA and LFP lithium batteries with our focus on quality products, local engineering support, fast delivery, and competitive prices. We offer both product sales and fully turnkey solutions.

Q. How do your technologies and customized programs help?

We are established suppliers to some of the largest carriers, data centers, UPS manufacturers and utilities globally. Our ability to offer both VRLA and Lithium batteries allows us to offer an unbiased recommendation of technology selection to our customers.

Q. What are your offerings? 

Telecom: We offer a full line of telecom VRLA batteries from 7AH to 3000AH. Both front and top thermal as well as 2 volt modules. In addition, we offer 48-volt lithium batteries for telecom outside plant. 

Data Center: In the data center space, we offer both VRLA and lithium batteries for high-rate applications. 

Energy Storage: We also offer ESS solutions from Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technologies. We manufacture cells, modules, racks, cabinets, and container solutions. Container solutions include fire suppression technology.

Q. How has it helped your customers?

We are offering a broad range of high quality and reliable energy storage and battery solutions to customers who are demanding highly engineered quality solutions with localized support. We work to carry inventory in multiple warehouses throughout North America to meet the demand requirements of our customers. Our local engineering team is always available to support the evolving needs of our customers.

Our key benefits include our experienced localized application engineering support team and proven quality products with many approvals such as NEBS and UL9540A. 

Q. How does a complete field service tool help project managers and subcontractors? 

Our OMS field service software allows us to easily manage installations and Project Managers anywhere in the world with our network of service providers. It offers standardized processes, dashboard visibility, automated reporting, and drives field service efficiency.   We can also perform battery testing anywhere and provide service.  The customer gets the same reporting consistently and our service organizations have standardized reporting anywhere in the world with visibility to the pictures and data in the cloud for all customers.
