Preparture – An online Experience Management Solution that helps travel agents and travel content creators create, organize, communicate and sell curated experience to and for their clients efficiently and effectively.
Planning trips can be hectic, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. There is a lot to do to make your dream a reality. DIY travel can be difficult if you do not have a good knowledge of destinations, travel modes, sights of interest, and budgets. The online sites don’t have all of the answers and certainly cannot personalize the travel for you.
Preparture lets Travel agents, travel content creators and mobile app users plan multiple trips within the city and schedule the day with no room for error. For every long-distance travel, Preparture takes into account traffic and processing times that customers go through before they board their plane, train, or bus. Preparture uses the GPS position of customers’ to get each location as accurate as possible. It also lets you create your weekly schedule while taking into account time for travel. We interviewed Iyobosa Ero, the CEO and Founder of Preparture to know more about the company and its services. Here are a few excerpts of the interview:
Q. How effective is your organization’s strategic vision?
Preparture vision and mission are simple. That is to be a default/standard solution to the Travel, Tourism, and Lifestyle and use technology to enhance tourism, travel, and lifestyle of businesses and users alike. Q. Is your organization pursuing growth and new business/market development with as much passion as it does operational efficiency?
We believe the pursuit of positive, impactful and giving-back growth is key to every company’s development. Whether it contributes to community growth or product growth, it has to positively impact the consumers and business it’s meant to serve. Nevertheless, we are open to new businesses that fit our business model and approach. We don’t miss focus on the core functionality of delivering a solution to our consumers.
Q. How effective is your organization’s delivery model?
Our delivery model has been consistent across the board. We have had positive feedback from very early adaptors and that has helped us go back to the drawing board, add new exciting features and prepare for our next big release. We use a simple market delivery models such as partnerships, affiliates, special discounts for early adaptors, etc. These methods have proven over time to be the top selected ways to increase market introduction while not breaking the bank.
Q. How aligned are your organization’s offerings to meet market demand?
Our solution, when compared with our possible competitors, is rich in features. However, unlike other subscription-based SaaS companies, we simply charge a time-based fee — one month, three months, six months, and one year. The subscriber just has to choose how long they want to use our solution, and they have access to all features. We believe this balances well with paying little but earning more through our solution for travel agents or travel content creators.
Q. How does Preparture help in planning trips?
Preparture helps travel agents plan experiences by providing one of the key functionality during planning, that is, communication. Not only is our solution created with simplicity and is easily adaptable when talking about creating customized itineraries for our consumers, but our real-time chat features between the TA and clients also enable the planning to be much more seamless and prevents communication misunderstanding.
Q. How does Preparture work?
Without giving out any core-functionality and technicalities, think of Preparture as a junction where the calendar meets daily planner and meets time management on steroids.
Q. Explain how Preparture aids travelers in utilizing different transportation methods?
When a consumer creates an itinerary, our solution looks at different transportation options and presents those options to the users/consumers. These options also include how long it takes to arrive at their destination, how long they need to stay at that destination, and when they need to leave to get to the next. That way, it helps individual travelers plan their daily vacation trips themselves. However, when a travel agent or content creator is creating an experience, they get to choose the best transportation method the consumer should use for the ultimate trip experience.

Iyobosa Ero is the CEO and Founder of Preparture with over 18 Years in Tech and Cyber Security. His background covers serving Communications Marketing and Digital PR, Investment and Asset Management Industry. He has a B.Eng. in I.T from Finland and an MSc. from DePaul University (Chicago, IL, USA).
