Helped a Unicorn Boost Growth across Sales Process

Best known as the 2x Unicorn, Nutanix is a global leader in cloud software and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions. But the company had a huge influx of sales coming in. Nutanix needed to help its sales reps to localize their selling motion domestically and internationally. Additionally, the company saw that it was experiencing less than optimal productivity, hence automation was of prime importance for inbound and outbound sales processes. ringDNA came on board as its partner to help ease the sales woes.

ringDNA deployed:

  • ringDNA Intelligent Dialer: To maximize dials per day and Voicemail Drop to boost efficiency across their inside sales team and SDRs. This saved at least two hours a day per rep
  • ringDNA Global Local Presence: Call tracking and call routing to direct inbound calls to the right person at the right time, delivering a better customer experience and increased personalization
  • ringDNA Sales Coaching and Call Monitoring: With real-time call coaching and monitoring, Nutanix can deliver actionable feedback to their reps and offer executive support around objection handling

“RingDNA helps us connect the selling activities and motions of our sales development reps with our CRM platform, Salesforce.
