About the CEO

Dr. Umar Saif is the founder and CEO of SurveyAuto.com. He is also an advisor to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Pakistan. Dr. Saif received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2001 at the University of Cambridge and worked and has taught at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for several years. He was named one of the top 35 young innovators globally by the MIT Technology Review (TR35) and received the Google Faculty Research Award in 2011.

Dr. Saif was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2010. He has received the MIT Technovator Award, Mark Weiser Award, IDG Technology Pioneer Award, and the British Council Outstanding Alumni Award. He has also founded several technology companies and serves on the board of various private, public and financial institutions.
