The company Microsoft, is currently investigating the second outage that Microsoft Teams users in North and South America have encountered in the last three days.
In the past three days, Microsoft Teams users in North and South America have experienced a second outage, which the company is currently looking into.
More recently, impacted clients report experiencing delays and poor connectivity when sending and receiving messages through the Teams desktop and mobile apps.
Microsoft announced via its official Microsoft 365 status account on X (previously Twitter) that it is looking into a potential problem that could prevent customers in North America, Canada, and Brazil from using Microsoft Teams or its services.
Users of Teams impacted by these persistent problems can obtain additional details in the Microsoft 365 admin center via an incident report with the tag TM710900. Certain users might not be able to access Microsoft Teams or certain functionalities, according to the company's incident report.
Redmond said on Friday that an unidentified networking problem affecting a section of database infrastructure utilized by several APIs was the cause of a massive outage that affected clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Customers have recently experienced different message delivery issues, frozen desktop and mobile Teams apps during the loading screen, and problems with login and server connections. Even after Microsoft recognized the cause of the Friday outage and fixed it in around 12 hours, users continued to report issues, such as delayed message delivery and Teams clients crashing.
