The US-based predictive modeling specialist LatentView Analytics has appointed Bhava Kompala to lead the growth and innovation in the retail sector. With this the firm aims to give a 360-degree view of the digital consumer, supporting machine learning, and AI initiatives for purposes including revenue and product success forecasting, improved customer retention, and marketing investment optimization. The firm has more than 600 employees at its offices in the US, London, Singapore, and India.
Kompala joins LatentView Analytics with a vast experience, especially in the retail sector. He joins after a year running his own business Third Variable; helping consumer goods companies streamline processes using analytics to gain insights. Prior to this he worked at business processing and technology management firm Genpact, and he was a Lead Software Engineer at Motorola.
In his new position, Kompala will help retail clients solve business problems using analytics solutions powered by data, math, and technology.
