Microsoft Australia has launched its Microsoft Traineeship Program in South Australia to support the upcoming technology/IT talent in the region. Through the program, the talented professionals in South Australia will help Microsoft Trainees get employed through MEGT Australia’s Group Training program. The program was first launched in Sydney in February 2019 and now is expanding to South Australia.
As Australia’s IT services industry grows at a fast pace, the demand for talented and experienced individuals grow too. Microsoft Traineeship Program has been introduced to help provide to the scene. Through the program, individuals will be placed with a “host employer” within Microsoft Australia Network. Here, the host will be responsible for the individual’s daily work routine, training and development.
The individuals applying for the program will get a paid “on-the-job” experience, get a Certificate IV in Information Technology delivered by TAFE, and expert support from MEGT which will help build a strong foundation in all aspects of IT and emerging technologies.
MEGT on its website wrote: “Whether you’re just starting your career or switching career paths, MEGT and Microsoft Australia are committed to upskilling the next generation of IT professionals.”
You can register for the program now for two locations- Sydney and Adelaide.
