Ricoh to Deliver Innovative Solutions via IBM Hybrid Cloud

Building on their existing partnership, Ricoh USA has announced an expansion of its collaboration with IBM. Through the expanded collaboration, Ricoh will be delivering information management solutions via the IBM hybrid cloud.

The collaboration will see Ricoh design and implement a hybrid cloud environment by using IBM Services. The work from Ricoh can help the customers by increasing productivity; improve process transparency and reducing complexity. IBM’s hybrid cloud will help Ricoh to deliver more features and advanced solutions to the end users. As part of the collaboration Ricoh also plans to leverage Red Hat OpenShift via IBM Cloud to help deploy and manage applications across all cloud providers in its environment. Ricoh’s collaboration with IBM will bring its information management solutions to more of its customers via the IBM Cloud. This will give companies all over the world more options to innovate.
