This brings an end to the months of speculations and rumors surrounding the mobility software provider on the platform of its new MicroStrategy 10. With this development, users using Microstrategy 10 software can directly run it on AWS cloud.
This gives the users instant access to an on-demand business intelligence platform which gives them enterprise analytics reporting, and dashboarding capabilities within minutes along with the unmatched capabilities provided by AWS’ cloud platform.
“By offering MicroStrategy on AWS, we’re making it easy for anyone, anywhere, to use the MicroStrategy platform and intelligently collaborate around analytics,” said Michael J. Saylor, CEO, MicroStrategy Incorporated.
The new software is actually a tailor made version of MicroStrategy just for deployment on AWS brings along with it its vaunted enterprise analytics capabilities. When coupled with AWS, it brings out a surprising number of new features including a provisioning portal for administrators to create and deploy dedicated cloud environments with MicroStrategy 10 on to AWS infrastructure and administrative tools that deliver automation and scheduling of routine tasks.
It basically brings the capabilities of MicroStrategy 10 like optimized connectors to hundreds of databases, personalized distribution capabilities, and powerful predictive analytics into the AWS ecosystem.
