The global leader in digital marketing, Jellyfish, has announced that it is acquiring five companies in an effort to expand its capabilities and global footprint. Jellyfish is a digital marketing partner to the world’s leading brands such as Samsung, Uber, Nestle, Deckers, Spotify, and eBay.
The move is a significant one as brands across the board are on their digital transformation journey currently. Jellyfish is known for its combined services of consultancy, training, and cutting-edge technologies. Part of the Fimalac Group, Jellyfish employs over 2000 people across 40 offices globally already. The company is a globally managed Google Marketing Partner and has recorded growth of 45% every year for eight years.
The company has acquired Seelk, Splash, Quill, Webedia Brand Services, and Data Runs Deep as part of its latest expansion efforts. “Coming off a year of unprecedented disruption and transformation in digital marketing, Jellyfish continues to grow worldwide, entering new markets of Australia and Mexico and increasing our presence in France, Brazil, and the US—adding new capability and talent around the globe, with a focus on content creation and localization, e-commerce, creative, and data optimization,” says Rob Pierre CEO of Jellyfish.
The acquisitions are bound to bring powerful enhancements to Jellyfish’s portfolio of services by expanding its expertise, geographical reach, and offerings across several continents and regions.
