Agricen – Delivering Cutting-Edge Biochemical-Based Solutions That Sustainably Enhance Plant Health and Performance

The agriculture industry has radically transformed over the past 50 years. Advances in machinery have expanded the scale, speed, and productivity of farm equipment, leading to more efficient cultivation of more land. Seed, irrigation, and fertilizers also have vastly improved, helping farmers increase yields. Now, agriculture is in the early days of yet another revolution, at the heart of which lie data and connectivity. Artificial intelligence, analytics, connected sensors, and other emerging technologies could further increase yields, improve the efficiency of water and other inputs, and build sustainability and resilience across crop cultivation and animal husbandry.

Agricen is one such agricultural technology company which is delivering biochemical-based solutions for efficient plant nutrition. It helps growers meet the demands of modern agriculture by providing effective tools that increase nutrient availability and uptake, improve sustainability and optimize yield potential. The company also helps turf and ornamental professionals get more out of their fertilizer programs with innovative products that significantly increase fertilizer efficiency and improve plant performance and quality.

Agricen’s Plant Health Technology

This platform can be used to create customized, scalable solutions to improve plant health, quality and productivity.  Its cutting-edge technologies are based on proprietary biological extraction processes that yield highly active microbial metabolites and other compounds proven to enhance soil and plant function. By utilizing biological extraction, rather than chemical, they are able to offer their customers naturally derived end products with superior functional, handling, and compatibility characteristics. Various Technology platforms include;

Carbon-based technology (CBT): It adapts a diverse biological community to leonardite to provide a high content of enzymes and metabolites that accelerate humic and other organic acid benefits in the plant / soil system.

Marine-based technology (MBT): It utilizes biological extraction of kelp to deliver superior abiotic stress tolerance and improved plant growth, quality and productivity. OMRI listed for organic use.

Nutrient-release technology (NRT): It is its cornerstone biological technology platform, designed to improve the availability and uptake of a broad range of nutrients.

Phosphorus-based technology (PBT): It is designed to improve phosphate utilization for increased phosphate use efficiency, plant growth and plant development.

Revolutionary Biochemical-Based Products Produced to Enhance Plant Growth

Accomplish LM: It is available from Loveland Products/Nutrien Ag Solutions, is specifically formulated for use with liquid fertilizers, manures and other broadcast applications, including starter applications. Accomplish LM contains concentrated biochemistry that helps growers get more out of their applied liquid fertilizers by increasing nutrient availability. By converting organic nutrients into inorganic forms, Accomplish LM makes nutrients more available for plant uptake and utilization, helping to optimize yield potential and providing outstanding grower ROI. Accomplish LM can also be used by growers seeking to extract nutrients locked in crop residues or trying to address soil compaction, soil salinity, and water management issues. Accomplish LM is compatible with both conventional and organic production practices.

Extract Powered by Accomplish®: It is available from Loveland Products/Nutrien Ag Solutions, is a biocatalyst specifically formulated to maximize nutrient release from the soil and crop residues. Extract PBA combines the concentrated biochemistry of Accomplish® LM with ammonium thiosulfate (ATS), a nitrogen source, to help growers access the full nutrient value of their fertilizer investment. It is optimized to help growers easily and effectively manage nutrients tied up in the soil and in crop residue by accelerating release of existing nutrition while also increasing nutrient availability. The biochemistry in Extract PBA speeds nutrient release and accelerates residue decomposition for rapid nutrient recycling, while ATS promotes an optimal carbon to nitrogen ratio to enhance soil microbial activity, further expediting nutrient return to the soil profile.

Titan® XC: It is specifically formulated for use with dry fertilizer blends. Exclusively available from Loveland Products/Nutrien Ag Solutions, this formulation is concentrated for superior impregnation on fertilizer prill. Titan XC contains concentrated biochemistry that helps growers get more out of their applied P & K fertilizers by increasing nutrient availability. By accelerating the breakdown of treated dry fertilizers and converting organic nutrients into plant-available forms, Titan XC makes nutrients more available for plant uptake and utilization, helping to optimize yield potential and provide outstanding grower ROI. Titan XC can be incorporated into any conventional production practice that employs dry fertilizers.
